Beds and Bootie

I woke up Saturday morning around 10:00am. Of course, I don't know if that counts when you try to get up, go "fuck it," and go back to sleep.

So, as I was saying, I got up around 1:00pm, and started showering as timenchanter headed to the HoD.

So a certain amount of the stuff on and around my desk has been packed up. Of course, that was interrupted by a need for food, which we satisfied at BJs, followed by a thought of looking for curtains, which eventually led us to Cost Plus, followed by the thought of bed shopping, which eventually ended with me ordering a platform storage bed for my room at the Duplex.

This'll be my first bed since, since, uh... well, honestly, 1978.

So that was good, though, well, I'm going to have to go back to dismantling - and possibly moving -the desk later tonight.

With all that, we didn't make to amor_ereptor's party at Dave&Buster's until 6:30pm. The usual wonderful people, and the usual wonderful time.

It's a good life.

Around 9:45pm, about half of us piled into cars, and motored up to the DNA lounge for Bootie.

It's been a huge amount of fun. Smash-Up Derby is awesome live, and the DJs have all been pretty damn good.

And now I know what DJ Tripp looks like.

The crowd's been pretty nice, too. I've only had one person step on the missing toenail...

So that's about it for now. I should pay attention to the wissavix next to me.

  • Some More

Just a few new songs. Some requests, a couple that looked interesting. The track count is up to 23,952 and the unique song count is now 17,574.

  • Latest Bits

I have just a few new songs, and I thought I'd share them. I'm pretty sure they're all requests. So this brings the track count to 23,940, and the…
