So I reduced the active auctions to items that were actually selling, and have managed to sell a few. I've had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what the hell was going on with shipping, and I've refunded one customer's purchase, but it's generally been OK.
So today, one of my 4 reasonably well-selling items went "retroactively" out of stock. I have two pending orders - one from the 11th, and one from the 13th - that got cancelled because they apparently just figured out they didn't have any more.
Of course, it may take until Thursday to get my money back - and with the previous refund, I don't really have enough money to refund both customers. Plus they're going to be pissed, and I seriously don't need the negative feedback.
