For the last few days, I've had a short-term weight plateau - it's been hanging just under 225. Yesterday I had a late lunch/dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. I didn't exactly eat lightly, either - clam chowder and pasta.
And I'm still feeling it. In fact, I slept somewhat poorly because of the lead weight in my stomach.
And today's measurement is just under 222. According to my scale, I dropped near 3 pounds in the last 24 hours.
Which is, let's face it, a fairly scary amount for a day. Most of it has to be water weight, though I don't feel particularly dehydrated.
I can see the book title now: "Scarf Your Way Thin: The Cheesecake Diet".
