It also was more even - the most in any round was, I believe, 11 people. I also ran the same number of rounds as Sunday - 7 - though I closed down almost precisely at 1:00.
I was going to run another, but everybody went home. Oh well.
We had a new couple show up - Ashley and Ben. Dianna and Will showed back up, and of all things, Effie made an appearance.
Which he took with, well, some equanimity. Though I honestly think that's the first time anyone's given me a noogie.
Oh, and a girl named Crystal from Gay Melrose. She seemed to have a good time, and talked about coming back.

I dropped off Heather, had some supper at Carrows, and headed home.
Where I've been relatively unproductive ever since. OK, I've done a couple of things - but not much. Around 8:00, I headed out, bought a couple of things, and then dropped by the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. In some ways I didn't want to go there, but that's where I drove, anyway, and as I dithered about other food possibilities, that's where I walked. I must say, I now see why
I was probably there mostly for the WiFi, in which I was pretty much thwarted. I had a different table, where I could only get a connection every few minutes or so. It was stable enough until I paid for the connection, and then went flakey as hell. At least I know they have their priorities straight.
I didn't feel like coming straight home, so I drove the great circle home through Milpitas.
And now I'm back, and most likely about to continue to use my amazing powers of procrastination.
