Sadly, the place isn't as good - it's still delicious food, but the rosemary chicken, for instance, though recognizably the same recipe, has descended from "ambrosia" to "quite pleasant". Sad, really.
From there we all went to Valley Fair and had Cold Stone, then walked the mall. Three dorks completing each other's movie quotes - I certainly enjoyed myself.
Then home, and remarkably little sleep. I had to get up at around 9:00 this morning, first off because I promised to take Gretchen home, and second because I was taking off with Timmie to his dad's place.
They'd upgraded a computer, and it had stopped recognizing one of the CD/DVD drives.
I'd say my superior intellect won the day, except all I did was keep fiddling until it recognized everything, then rapidly closed the case before it changed its mind. But I was at least successful.
We left shortly after that. Timmie and I were both hungry, so I convinced him to go to Pea Soup Andersen's. I know the place is schlocky, but I still like the soup, which was particularly good today. Though the waitresses were mostly in a pretty bad mood.
From there we headed back home, where I've been sleeping in my chair again. I'm sooo tired.
Sleep should I.
